Jo has always enjoyed coffee; However, her first experience with coffee didn’t turn out so well. Her father always enjoyed his am coffee while working on his dairy farm, one particular morning, Jo made coffee to take him. She hadn’t made coffee before and put instant coffee in a percilater . Well needless to said that turned out horribly wrong. But over the years, she has improved her trade. Four years ago, she purchased a Behmor 1600 , a home roaster, and found a passion for roasting coffee and making a great cup of coffee. January 2017, a 1 kg commercial roaster was purchased to branch out to share her love of coffee.
Jo wears a few different hats other than roaster – wife, mother, grandmother, farmer and nurse. Jo and her husband Mike also own LinCrest Farms. They raise registered black angus cattle for seed stock and beef, as well as pigs and chickens for sausage and eggs. Their faith is most important part of their lives. Believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins and by putting our our faith in Him, we have the gift of eternal life. John 3:16, Ephesians 1:7, Acts 4:12
